Terms and Conditions

1. Subject Matter

These Terms and Conditions («Terms») govern access to and use of the EUQP platform (euqp.app), owned by EUQP based in Italy, and its related services.

By using the platform, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

2. User Eligibility

The platform is intended exclusively for users who are of legal age (18+) and reside in the European Union. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

3. Account

• The user is responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential and for all activities conducted under their account. • The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. • EUQP reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, including abusive or fraudulent behaviour.

4. Services and Payments

EUQP offers question packs available for one-time purchase via Stripe, Inc. Displayed prices include applicable taxes.

The purchase contract is completed upon confirmation of payment by Stripe. Following a purchase, the user gains permanent access to the purchased questions, subject to service continuity.

5. Refund Policy

The user is entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they have not started any quiz using the purchased questions.

To request a refund, contact support@euqp.app with the relevant order reference. The refund will be processed within 10 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Pursuant to Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is waived once the user has started accessing the purchased digital content (i.e. has started at least one quiz with the purchased questions), subject to prior express consent and acknowledgement of the waiver.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including texts, questions, graphics, user interface and software — is the exclusive property of EUQP or the respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, resale, sub-licensing, or any other commercial use of the content without prior written authorisation from EUQP is expressly prohibited.

7. AI-Generated Content

The questions on the platform are developed by EUQP with the support of artificial intelligence tools. EUQP verifies their quality and accuracy, but does not guarantee exact correspondence with official EPSO examinations, which may change over time and are subject to the decisions of the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO/CAST).

All content is provided exclusively for study and preparation purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

EUQP does not guarantee passing exams, competitions, or selection procedures. The service is provided "as is".

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EUQP is not liable for: indirect or consequential damages, data loss, loss of profit, service interruption, or inability to access the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

EUQP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or notices on the platform with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

For disputes with consumer users, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005).
